The Superior Rooms with Patio at Borgo Vescine were once home to artisans who crafted tools and barrels—essential to the daily life of the hamlet’s farms and vineyards. These workspaces echoed with the sounds of skilled hands shaping wood and iron, contributing to the rhythm of rural life. Today, they blend that rich heritage with understated elegance, offering a peaceful retreat enhanced by the charm of a private outdoor space.

These accommodations retain original architectural details such as hand-fired terracotta floors and exposed wooden beams. The furnishings, custom-designed for Borgo Vescine and handcrafted by local artisans, reflect a refined yet natural style that echoes the room’s functional past.

Each space has been thoughtfully restored, preserving the historical proportions and materials to immerse guests in the Borgo’s timeless character. Bathrooms have been fully renovated and include soft cotton towels, bathrobes, slippers, and a carefully selected courtesy set. All bath products are locally made and presented without single-use plastics, reflecting our commitment to sustainability and regional excellence.

Superior Rooms with Patio feature high-quality sprung mattresses with a memory foam topper, as well as a choice of goose feather or memory foam pillows for restful sleep. In selected rooms, particularly bathrooms, custom lime-based finishes recreate the texture and softness of ancient plasterwork.
