The Classic Rooms at Borgo Vescine embody the authentic simplicity of Tuscan rural life, reinterpreted with thoughtful care and comfort. While more intimate in size, these rooms retain many original architectural elements—such as handmade terracotta floors and traditional ceilings—that have been carefully restored to reflect the timeless character of the hamlet. The furnishings, designed exclusively for Borgo Vescine, were handcrafted by local artisans and combine clean lines with rustic charm. Each room has been thoughtfully refurbished to preserve the original proportions of windows and walls, allowing guests to feel immersed in the history and atmosphere of the Borgo.

The bathrooms have been completely renovated, featuring soft cotton towels, bathrobes, slippers, and a locally sourced courtesy set. All amenities—including shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap—are produced in Tuscany and provided with recycled plastics, in line with our commitment to sustainability.

Classic Rooms are equipped with high-quality sprung mattresses with memory foam toppers and either goose feather or memory foam pillows, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Some rooms feature lime-based finishes inspired by ancient plasterwork, particularly in the bathrooms. Offering a warm and cozy retreat, these rooms offer serene views of the Tuscan hillsides or the quiet inner square of the hamlet, inviting guests to experience the soul of the countryside in its most genuine form.
